Stoneham Ford was the first dealship we went to while looking for a used car and to trade in our old car. We tested a Ford Escape 2008, and liked it. We really enjoyed our experience there, however went on the tiresome search elsewhere to compare deals and see other kinds of small SUVS. We should have just stayed with Stoneham Ford. Especially compared to the interior of other SUVs, we like the Escape. Moreover Vinny and Doug were genuine, personal and professional. Other dealerships we left tired and frustrated, after negotiating to no avail and couldn't escape that used cars salesman personality. After looking for another couple weeks, we walked straight back to Stoneham Ford- we never should have left in the first place! Stick with them and save yourself the time and energy. Was looking for a low priced/mileage used car in vgood/excellent condition. Salesman immediately presented just what we were looking for.
