I bought an F150 Raptor, Brian kept me informed of the progress during the build and was right on top of things. Picking up the truck was a breeze, Brian was getting the car inspected when I arrived. So as you hope, common sense prevailed and someone else had me sign the paperwork rather than wait till Brian got back. All in, the process took me 15 minutes and I was out of there. Not a great experience I was in the market for a car, and stopped by Stoneham Ford. Perhaps they don't need sales? Perhaps they are feasting on a glut of commercial contra I was in the market for a car, and stopped by Stoneham Ford. Perhaps they don't need sales? Perhaps they are feasting on a glut of commercial contracts? Whatever it is, I was Not valued as a used car customer. I am not sure if I am alone in this experience, but I did not feel like I was important to them at all. I was never greeted by someone when I walked in multiple times. The showroom is drab and simple. I was never offered any refreshment or even water, not that it is a requirement, just something that happened at all other Ford dealerships I visited that improved my experience. But my real complaint is the lack of customer service and the failure to keep a promise. I all but tried to hand them 25k, and when we could not make a deal after my reasonable offer, I was promised emails with other similar vehicles they could sell me instead. There was No email ever sent. Wow. All they had to do was spend a half a second on me to get my sale, and put me in the kind of car I wanted. They could not even be bothered to do that. Maybe it's the way they treat used car customers? Maybe they just didn't like me personally? Maybe they are really rich on sales and just don't care anymore? Whatever the reason, I say to everyone, if you want a good used car buying experience from a Ford dealer- go somewhere else. More

He told me he could bring my car over to the inspection center after he completed my maintenance. I authorized the sticker replacement and before the program I was watching on their big screen TV was over, my car was ready for me to go on my way. Great service, price and quick attentive staff.
