long awaited service appointment..or not! Have had great experiences here, not so this time. 2 week wait for a service appt, which they then pushed back another 2 business days. Said we didn't have an appt despite sending us an email the day before stating we had an appt. Took awhile for them to find the appt when dropping the car off. The repair to fix the "Driver Door Ajar" light on was quoted at $ 110. After waiting all day for a call, the "estimate" jumped to $ 460. No thanks, I'm all set. More
