The guys I dealt with at the windows as far as checking my vehicle in, answering their questions and in-turn having questions for them as well were all great! I believe it was John who helped me out, I’m terrible with names, but he was at the very last window on the right if you were to enter from the side entrance. He jumped thru hoops for me in making sure I was satisfied and def am. In fact, I think I’m going to start bringing my vehicle in for my routine oil changes from now on. I normally try to save a few bucks and time by avoiding the dealership, but my experience this time changed my perspective on all of that. It is a good feeling being assured that so many things were checked out, taken care of and done right!. They were great. More
The people and service were very helpful and professional. The problem is that about a month ago I brought my car in and was told they could not figure out what was wrong and I was charged $80. professional. Two previous service stations told me the same thing and charged me nothing. A few days ago I had more info so I brought the car in again. Before I said anything about my new information they called me and said they thought the problem was one of two things and suggested doing the cheaper of the two. I said yes. That cost $650. Now we can only wait to see what happens. I hope the work that was done fixed the problem. And I’d like my $80 back. More

Enigmatic. One month ago I was charged $80 only to be told they couldn’t figure out what was wrong.
