Even when I mentioned that I didn't see any service discount coupons on their website for what I was having my car serviced for, the service advisor gave me a first time customer service discount which I thought was really nice. They even have ice cream at their location in the wait room for a $1 along with complimentary coffee and wifi. As well as a snack vending machine and TV to watch. This was a very good first time experience for me. More

Service on Christmas Eve I have a 15-yr old Honda Odyssey that has been a great car but is ready for retirement. On Christmas Eve, I came in to - I thought - have a front head I have a 15-yr old Honda Odyssey that has been a great car but is ready for retirement. On Christmas Eve, I came in to - I thought - have a front headlight bulb replaced but the problem turned out to be much more serious. I explained to Thang Hoang, who was my service advisor on an earlier visit, that I didn't want to put any serious money into the car but I had to be able to drive at night. He and the service technician came up with a stop-gap fix that got my headlight working without hurting my pocketbook. The work was done in minimal time and I can safely drive at night while I find my next car. Their understanding of my situation is MUCH appreciated! More
