Water pump kit replacement Before bringing my 2008 Accord into the service center, I called and spoke with Stewart. On a previous service visit he had informed me that my car wo Before bringing my 2008 Accord into the service center, I called and spoke with Stewart. On a previous service visit he had informed me that my car would need the water pump kit replaced upon my next visit. He gave me an estimate as well as the length of time it would take to complete the service. Due to the length of time for the service I explained to Stewart that I couldn’t wait for the car. He offered me a loaner vehicle, told me what I needed to bring with me to secure the loaner and I was able to drop off my car and pick up the loaner, all at the same time. He calls me to inform me my car was ready for pick up and I returned the loaner the next day. The entire service and loaner was seamless and helped me save time that day. It was great! More
