He came in and told me the amount was old, and he could give it to me this time, but this would be the last. I said I didn’t want to cause a problem and didn’t want anything except what was right. The full amount would have been fine, just checking to see if there was a discount I was due. I think he thought I was angry or upset-so sorry because I was neither. He went on to explain the service and findings in a very caring professional manner. The same caring young lady was understanding and compassionate. Not a bit put out with me. . I live in Gulf Shores AL-for 2 1/2 years now- but come back to conyers Honda to have all work done on my car while I’m visiting family. Thank you! More
