Sales Department POOR, Service Department GOOD Over the past 20 years, I've purchased at least 12+ vehicles from this dealer. I have every vehicle serviced at this dealer as well. EJ Reed in sales Over the past 20 years, I've purchased at least 12+ vehicles from this dealer. I have every vehicle serviced at this dealer as well. EJ Reed in sales and Justin Spears in finance are wonderful to work with. However, the newest management over the sales department leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Most recently over the past 2 years, I've purchased three vehicles and one motorcycle. The most recent vehicle was a used vehicle, and I noticed it had a busted fog light, (after purchase), the new sales manager has refused to fix it, saying that the vehicle was already discounted. This will be the last time I do any business there. While the service department has always gone above and beyond, I cannot and will not give another dime to this dealer when they obviously don't take loyalty into consideration. It's shame that a really great service department will suffer because of really poor direction from the powers that run the sales team. But like they say, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. So, after over 20 years -- farewell Honda of Conyers -- it's been real! More

AVOID!! DON'T LET MR PATRICK SWEET TALK YOU!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!! Worst Dealership On Earth. First i spoke to the General sales manager Mr Patrick over the phone 3 t PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!! Worst Dealership On Earth. First i spoke to the General sales manager Mr Patrick over the phone 3 times yesterday that i was gonna come in today to take a look at a 2018 honda accord i saw online.We agreed ona price then I get there and BOOM its a whole different story. Patrick was sounding convincing over the phone tryna have me come in. I finally make it. He aint even there to talk to me or answer the questions that i have.I only saw him once as he had another sales person handle me which i found very interesting like you convinced me so hard to come and here i am you ghost. Fine. . Now my friend and i drove 2hrs 30 mins to n fro in all that Traffic only to find this car in a Nasty shape. No way were these pictures shown online on their website or the different automobile dealing websites. I mean why would i even wanna waste my time to drive 2hrs30mins to come see a car in such shape. The inside was dusty as well. They didn't even bother to have it clean like a potential buyer was coming to have it checked out. The bumper had a dent like accident. My question was were they gonna have the bumper changed in anyway i asked the sales man. He said let him find out from Mr Patrick. At this point all i can do is laugh at myself like Cross you shouldn't have come here. After a few mins the salesman hit me with that he said they will repair it. Lol. I am confused. Repair it in what way? Tak a good look at it sir. How are you gonna get this repaired. He had nothing else to say. I shook his hand and made my way back to Atlanta. Still no sign of Mr Patrick whatsoever. He never called as well to find out what happened on why i didn't purchase the car. What a waste of time. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!! More

Eboni was fabulous! I wish there had been more than 1 finance person. We had to wait a long time after Eboni completed her part to finally get to see Freddie.
