Axle repair My car is running, however, it shakes and shimmys when turning right and pulling off. It is as if there is a lot of play in the axle. I brought it back and the shop said they could not notice the shimmy and that it could be a host of expensive things. They would have to order a sway bar but they weren't sure if that is the problem? I really don't want to invest more money in this car,however, I just paid $900 to have it repaired and would have preferred it be completely repaired. I am afraid to drive the car because of the shimmy. They told me the car was safe. More

A Very Good Car Buying Experience We began our search for a 2019 Honda HR-V EX on the internet. I was contacted by several dealers. Honda Conyers was the best communicator. Kevin J We began our search for a 2019 Honda HR-V EX on the internet. I was contacted by several dealers. Honda Conyers was the best communicator. Kevin James first contacted me and offered his services as our sales person. Kat Mason was also very helpful via email. We met Kevin for a test drive. We found the car to be just what we were looking for except for exterior and interior color. Kevin handled getting a deal in a professional manner. My wife and I both found him to be above all a good person. The exact car we wanted was not on the lot. The car we wanted was located and we met with Kevin and completed the transaction the following day. All the members of the sales team who contacted us by email or met at the dealership were helpful and made us feel a part of the Conyers Honda family. More

unsatisfactoty work the first time service I took my car to have oil change with recommendation of wheel rotation & alignment. My car gotten worst when service was done. The steering wheel was I took my car to have oil change with recommendation of wheel rotation & alignment. My car gotten worst when service was done. The steering wheel was shaking & the car was gearing to the left. It was not doing all that before I had it service. It reminded me of the saying, " If it's not broke, don't fix it." I had to return my car again to get it properly aligned. Mr. Stewart was courteous to not to charge me the second time around. I also had incident where Chris forgot & did not give me my house keys. It's my fault too. I should have remembered, but I was just used to getting red carpet treatment with my Mercedes service that they automatically handed me my house keys. I had to turn back around to get it back from sales manager because the service department closed earlier. I am not ruling them out, but hopefully someone has to double check job performances. The receptionist was rude & did not want to help me get my keys. She told me that I had to come back the next day. More
Would recommend the service center but not sales Every time I come to this service center it’s a great experience. It’s quick in and out majority of the time and I it’s first come first serve so sometimes it can take longer, but everyone is super nice and always smiling. I do hate that Mike isn’t their anymore because he was my go to guy. The sales department on the other hand is terrible. When I bought my car I ended up going to Honda in McDonough because the sales manager was rude and just wanted to push that lifetime warranty mess and who needs a lifetime warranty on a HONDA. More
