Humbled by how much they cared for my family I have a 2006 Honda Odyssey that recently started messing up. I have 3 small children and a pregnant wife. This is our only family vehicle and im a full time youth pastor with a fixed income. Funds are very limited. I had hardly enough to afford a diagnostic but I went in Honda Conyers just hoping they could look at it and tell me what is wrong. The service desk worker Thang Hoang was very quick to help me in to get the van checked out. I waited in the lobby with my 3 toddlers until he came to get me and let me know about the 3,000 dollar repair it was going to need... mainly needing a timing belt and catalytic converter. he helped me check to see if I could get a loan to make payments, but without making enough income, I wasn’t approved. He showed me great care and concern for my family and didn’t charge for the diagnostic or much needed oil change. He explained that he truly cared for our family and hopes that if were ever able to afford the repairs, we would come back and visit. I was so grateful that he had such compassion and helped us out. This is a reflection of a great leadership who trained him. I will refer Honda Conyers service center to anyone because I truly believe they care! More

The actual service tech probably didn't thoroughly perform an inspection, because he wrote my front brakes needed future attention. The advisor said on my next oil change. I started to her I just had front brake pad and calibers put on less that 2 weeks ago. No way in xxxx I will need new front brake pads on my next oil change. She asked if I had brake pads done at Honda of Conyers. No, but they are new pads and calibers. Doesn't matter where it was done they brand new. She says the tech is an idiot. He doesn't know. More
