My one complaint would be the amount of time it took to complete the transaction. I was at the dealership from around 9:30 am and didn’t leave until after 2:00 pm. Okay service I have visited this service center in the past and promised myself that I would never go back. I went in for an oil change and for air in my tires and I have visited this service center in the past and promised myself that I would never go back. I went in for an oil change and for air in my tires and was told that my vehicle had a leak that would take all day to fix and that I needed my brake pads changed(which I had gotten changed a week prior to that visit at another Honda location) they also quoted me way more than what I paid at the other Honda location. The service guy that I spoke to was not able to answer ANY of the questions that I asked and when I retrieved my vehicle my tire pressure light was still on and my oil change notification was still on but I was rushed out due to them closing soon. Fast forward to this past weekend I took my car to the location only because it was emergent and it is located really close to my home. Mike turned my whole out look around and explained everything to me and did not try to push a sale on me. I will definitely be booking my appointment with him from now on! More
