For three years I had nothing but great service and was very pleased. Then…..I had an issue with my AC that needed to get taken care of quickly since the warranty was getting near expiration. Needless to s very pleased. Then…..I had an issue with my AC that needed to get taken care of quickly since the warranty was getting near expiration. Needless to say after 3 different visits and being told “there’s nothing wrong” and “they’re all like that” the warranty expired and Stonebriar was off the hook. Here’s a clue, AC is supposed to be cold. Thats the whole idea. If it isn’t cold, there is a problem. If anyone would have listened to me they would have known it. Actually, I think they did know and just didn’t want to be on the hook for an expensive repair. Even the service manager said it was fine. So, so disappointing and I won’t go back. There are WAY too many Chevrolet dealers in the metroplex that wouldn’t leave a loyal customer flap in the wind the way Stonebriar did to me. Lesson learned, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. More
