I asked for an appointment today to get an oil change and tire rotation on a busy Saturday. I was so pleased they could take me and it took far less time than I thought it would. We've had excellent experiences with Stonebriar (much more so than with other Chevy dealerships/service departments in the northern Dallas area). We have almost worked exclusively with Lenah in the serv more so than with other Chevy dealerships/service departments in the northern Dallas area). The tech staff does its best to have the work done in the timeline promised and it's always been done correctly the first time. Service prices are commensurate with other dealerships and brands. More

I wrote a comment a few weeks ago regarding my dis-satisfaction with stone briar Chevrolet. I was not happy with the vehicle I had purchased or the joke of an extended warranty that I was sold. I have had some expensive electrical issues with my vehicle and it has cost me a small fortune over the last year. I had previously vowed never to buy a new or used vehicle from your business again. Well, three weeks later after spending $500 yet again my 2014 Chevy impala quit on me again. I brought it back with the thought of lighting it on fire and driving it into your building. I might have done it, but I couldn't get it started (I'm just joking of course). Although I was pretty angry and looking for blood, I was directed to your service manager Brian Hershman. Brian let me vent, rant and rave without getting upset. He is the first person I've dealt with that listened without making excuses. He gave me his time and immediately took possession of my vehicle and had it looked at. He called me this morning and gave me the bad news. It was going to be $700.00 more dollars and they were waiting on a part that probably wouldn't be in until Tuesday. When I told him that I needed my vehicle to go to work, he's said he would try. He could've just let things go, but he found the part needed somewhere and sent a porter to get it. He then called me and said that it would be ready at 2 pm today. While I'm not happy with your dealership on a whole and I'm not excited to be spending another $700.00, Brian and the mechanic (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) who got me back on the road were excellent. I'm hoping that they have located the source of the electrical problem so I can enjoy the vehicle I bought and love when it's working. I took my car in for 6 month Zaktek application. Everyone from dropping off to picking up was friendly. Greg our “service writer” was professional.
