I was sorely disappointed. They were not very easy to work with on pricing - charging like $300 for a second fob that should have been included anyway. It's really just dealer markup, letting then advertise a lower price, then include "mandatory add-ons". This deplorable practice should be illegal. They advertised a shuttle service, but I tried and tried, then gave up trying to get hold of someone who would help me get there to pickup the car I had just bought from them, so I had to spring $30 for an Uber. Worse, when I picked it up, there were NO floor mats. I had to practically beg a sales guy (a different one) to go look for them. He finally returned with factory mats from the detail shop for the front and NONE for the back. I tried telling him they should be included, but he blew me off, and I had to just accept the "tough luck, dude" attitude, as in "the sale is over, you're on your own". Perhaps he didn't give a xxxx because he wasn't the sales guy, but he threw the dealership under the bus. Needless to say, I never returned to this dealership for anything. The ironic thing is that the dollar value of stiffing me on transportation and floor mats is totally insignificant, but management obviously doesn't impart to the sales staff the importance of providing a positive customer experience, and the value of repeat sales and word-of-mouth advertising.
