I have found an exceptional service advisor, Caleb, want the dealership to give this man a raise. He is very knowledgeable on issues for my Corvette that may require service. the dealership to give this man a raise. He is very knowledgeable on issues for my Corvette that may require service. More
I have had several vehicles serviced at this dealership over the last 14 years. They have always done a great job without any problems. Two of the vehicles were Corvettes and Corvette people are very parti over the last 14 years. They have always done a great job without any problems. Two of the vehicles were Corvettes and Corvette people are very particular about their cars. Even though Dayana, the service adviser is pretty new here, she did an excellent job. Thank you very much until next time. More
Awful. Zero stars if it were possible. Sold me a 2025 when I specifically said I did not want a 2025 but a 2024. My bad for assuming the salesman was showin Zero stars if it were possible. Sold me a 2025 when I specifically said I did not want a 2025 but a 2024. My bad for assuming the salesman was showing me what I asked for. Realized this after everything was done at which point he said "oh, we probably don't have anymore of those". '. Had to pay $1995 for an accessory package that needs to be installed on my own time at my inconvenience. When asked to have this charge removed if I didn't want or need it I was told no. Bad sign when my first thought is "how soon can I trade this on and go elsewhere". Filled out 2 reviews they emailed me and never was contacted by a sales manager. First and last Chevy this loyal customer will ever purchase. More
Sales service was excellent. Dylan Monti went over and above to accommodate. The Service dept on the other hand was not a good experience. Here are some of my ideas. How many ba Dylan Monti went over and above to accommodate. The Service dept on the other hand was not a good experience. Here are some of my ideas. How many bays do they have to work on the vehicles? How many service reps are there to be the customers advocate? Is there usually a mechanic that works with the service rep? Like some service reps get along better with certain mechanics, so when a work order is submitted it will go to their mechanic they have a great rapport with. The service Rep should be aware of service time and question the mechanic of why there is such a delay and be honest with the customer since they are there for Customer support and satisfaction. If there is a problem with communication then the manager should be able to assess the matter and handle appropriately. This could be a great start for better service. As I observed there was a lot of lack of customer service support and dishonesty with communication. More
I went to Stonebriar Chevrolet today to make my final decision on a Z06 for myself and a Tahoe Z71 for my wife. I ended up cutting my visit to the dealership short. While looking at the Tahoe, I had sev decision on a Z06 for myself and a Tahoe Z71 for my wife. I ended up cutting my visit to the dealership short. While looking at the Tahoe, I had several questions and the sales person didn’t know the answers to most of them. I get these cars have lots technology and I can’t expect the sales person to know everything. However a “I don’t know the answer” followed by “I will get you an answer…” would have been acceptable. Then I questioned a $2000 dealer add on for window tint, door edge guard and wheel locks and explained I didn’t need those things. I asked if the dealership would work with me on those and the response I got was “nope”. I asked if the dealership was willing to let a deal fall through because of that and the response was “yes”. Sorry, I’m not spending $2k on something I don’t need or want. Stonebriar Chevrolet must not need to sell cars if they are willing to lose a deal worth about $210K for the two cars. I’ve been a resident of Frisco more than 20 years and have brought cars from Stonebriar in the past. How things have changed….. Fortunately for me, I have lots of choices that don’t include Stonebriar Chevrolet. More
I'm jumping the gun because I haven't received my 2025 Corvette Z06 yet, but this dealer was able to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat by grabbing a first allocation for the new 2025 color and all Corvette Z06 yet, but this dealer was able to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat by grabbing a first allocation for the new 2025 color and all options that I desired... very excited and gracious to this dealer!
