and I found a vehicle we liked on the internet. On Saturday we went and test drove the vehicle. This is a used vehicle so wear and tear is acceptable in our eyes. After speaking with the sales person we came to an agreement the worst of the problems, the head liner, would be addressed we came to a that the headliner would be fixed. We were told they would hold the vehicle for us until Wednesday, for a $1000 deposit, We were presented with paper work stating the deposit is non- refundable which we quickly denied. We were then told "no its just old paper work it is refundable." we crossed out the non and initialed and had the manager initial. ALL good no complaints, at this point we have not talked about pricing. On Monday we are told sorry price is firm... Which is fair. We say ok ill take my deposit and leave. The "Manager says well its non-refundable.. We go through what we signed and the "manager" says no its non-refundable. Ill have to ask "up stairs"...we waited.. 10 minutes later the poor original sales person comes out and apologizes without a clue what he is apologizing about. DO NOT do business with them... try to cheat me out of a thousand dollar and did not have the guts to face me... shady business. stay away. More
