My vehicle was at the dealership at the time of the appointment. I had a oil change , transmission fluid changed. Belts changed if needed didn't need it. Why was my truck not in the shop of the time of the appointment and why wasn't the fluid will called before 12pm so the job could of been completed. Now i have to come back this Saturday again and miss time with my family again. I want to be compensated for your parts department not having the fluid in stock. Yes I'm pissed. I've been coming to stonebriar Chevy a long time and spend a lot of money. If I don't get a response I will not be back to the dealership ever again and will put this all over social media.
