I will not be buying my next car from Stonebriar Chevrolet. Of all the dealerships I have purchased a car from, Stonebriar is the worst. The Salesperson made promises that he didn’t keep, and manag Chevrolet. Of all the dealerships I have purchased a car from, Stonebriar is the worst. The Salesperson made promises that he didn’t keep, and management didn’t care. They had the used car that I purchased for 8 days before we signed the paperwork and it still had not been cleaned since the previous owner traded it in. The Salesperson said I would get two sets of keys and they only gave me one. When upper management was approached about the second set of keys, they said the Salesperson didn’t fill out the right paperwork, so they weren’t responsible for getting me a second key. They said I could purchase one for $180. Never have I been treated so poorly. More
