************DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE********* They sold me a defective used car that stopped running after 5 days. Sold me a $3500 warranty that was suppose to cover all engine issues. After 5 days the car stopped running while my daughter was driving in a high traffic area. She was nearly hit several time by oncoming traffic. Took the car to my mechanic who said he could not check engine because the hood would not open. Took back to dealership the after only 7 days which they told me it was my car now. And that want repair because they can't open the hood to a car they supposedly verify to be in good running condition only 7 day before. DO not do BUY from here. To top it all off The Dealership Manager hung up in my face for questioning the questionable car inspection his maintenance shop did on the car I bought. More

I will never sell it and keep it in great shape with Stonebriars help. They have an excellent team of technicians making things right. Only done oil changes on the vette. I was told before I signed my contract the warrenty covered ANYTHING under the hood. They confirmed with me 3 times it did and now that my car is having issues, they told me what was wrong, which is un covered ANYTHING under the hood. They confirmed with me 3 times it did and now that my car is having issues, they told me what was wrong, which is under the hood, they won't cover. They won't honor what I was told several times would be covered. They are doing nothing to help us. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They take advantage of their customers. More

My vehicle was at the dealership at the time of the appointment. I had a oil change , transmission fluid changed. Belts changed if needed didn't need it. The differential fluid change but the dealershi appointment. I had a oil change , transmission fluid changed. Belts changed if needed didn't need it. The differential fluid change but the dealership didn't have the fluid in stock. Why was my truck not in the shop of the time of the appointment and why wasn't the fluid will called before 12pm so the job could of been completed. Now i have to come back this Saturday again and miss time with my family again. I want to be compensated for your parts department not having the fluid in stock. Yes I'm pissed. I've been coming to stonebriar Chevy a long time and spend a lot of money. If I don't get a response I will not be back to the dealership ever again and will put this all over social media.
