Jeff W. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. As we discussed, your vehicle was ready for you to pick up 3 days prior to you actually picking up your vehicle and yes, in that time frame we did enjoy some much needed rain. Sir, you specifically asked us not to wash your vehicle. Your request that we pay for a $400.00 detail for your corvette however was declined by us as quite simply, the aftercare for your vehicle is your responsibility. We can appreciate how passionate you were as you sir, challenged an employee to step outside and when that offer was declined, you loudly in our Dealership dropped the F-You Bomb frequently as you stormed out. One thing we can agree on is, you have the right to take your business elsewhere and we, have the right not to be abused by you.

Attention to detail. The truck looked great except the top of the hood that faces the windshield. I have a 6.2 and the hood has the raised hood section. On the aft end of the raised section it slopes down towards the windshield and that portion was not buffed so it looks like a really bad was job in that area.
