I was told before I signed my contract the warrenty covered ANYTHING under the hood. They confirmed with me 3 times it did and now that my car is having issues, they told me what was wrong, which is un covered ANYTHING under the hood. They won't honor what I was told several times would be covered. They are doing nothing to help us. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They take advantage of their customers. More

My vehicle was at the dealership at the time of the appointment. I had a oil change , transmission fluid changed. Belts changed if needed didn't need it. Why was my truck not in the shop of the time of the appointment and why wasn't the fluid will called before 12pm so the job could of been completed. Now i have to come back this Saturday again and miss time with my family again. I want to be compensated for your parts department not having the fluid in stock. Yes I'm pissed. I've been coming to stonebriar Chevy a long time and spend a lot of money. If I don't get a response I will not be back to the dealership ever again and will put this all over social media.
