The service director, Drew Burk, provided the absolute worst experience I have EVER encountered at ANY business. His condescending and unreasonable attitude towards customers needs to be addressed by deal worst experience I have EVER encountered at ANY business. His condescending and unreasonable attitude towards customers needs to be addressed by dealership management. The facts that he trash talks GM on why he is unable to get the recall work done timely, to throwing a fit like a toddler when I stated Classic Chevrolet’s service department was much better stand out to me that he should not be managing anyone. Great employees start with the leadership team, so it is absolutely crystal clear why the service department at Stonebriar Chevrolet is sub-par at most, people like Drew Burk running the show. The service department needs a major overhaul! More
RUN AWAY. I don’t believe I have ever had a worse experience at any place of business than we have had with Stonebriar Chevrolet and the service department. Fr I don’t believe I have ever had a worse experience at any place of business than we have had with Stonebriar Chevrolet and the service department. From the service advisor, Maria Cardina. Her supervisor, Brian Hershman and his boss, Drew Burk, we were treated with absolute disrespect, dishonesty and unprofessionalism. We were yelled at, spoken down to and called names. We were told 3 different stories about why our vehicle was not competed and even threatened that our vehicle would be “disabled” if we pushed them to complete the recall notice as scheduled. We have filed a formal complaint with GM about this dealership and would like to warn other families to avoid this dealership at all costs. More

I recently had some service work done on my 2022 Corvette at Stonebriar Chevrolet, and I wanted to share my experience. Firstly, I was disappointed to find my car left in the lot on scorching 100 Corvette at Stonebriar Chevrolet, and I wanted to share my experience. Firstly, I was disappointed to find my car left in the lot on scorching 100-degree days. Given the sensitivity vehicles like the Corvette (or any vehicle for that matter), it was concerning to think about the potential impact of such extreme heat. Furthermore, when I received my car back, I was disheartened to see that it was returned to me in a dirty condition with water spots all over it (see pictures and video). I take really good care of my car and would think Stonebriar would put forth at least half the effort, and this was quite frustrating. What truly disappointed me, however, was the response I received when I brought these issues to their attention. The dismissive attitude and the unwillingness to take responsibility for the condition in which my car was returned left me feeling undervalued and frustrated as a customer. Drew Burk was especially condescending and unreasonable. I believe that customer satisfaction and just doing what’s right should be a top priority for any reputable dealership, and my experience at Stonebriar Chevrolet left me knowing this was not the case. I hope that in the future, Stonebriar Chevy will prioritize customer care and attention to detail to ensure that others do not encounter my experience. Now, I’m going to fix the paint that they messed up with my own money. I would not recommend anyone who cares about their vehicle to buy or service at this dealership. More
