Called & scheduled an appointment gave "Stephen Underwood" the vehicle vin and info & was told there would be a vehicle for me to drive while mine was being worked on. I show up at 8am drop off my Underwood" the vehicle vin and info & was told there would be a vehicle for me to drive while mine was being worked on. I show up at 8am drop off my car only to be told there is no vehicle for me to drive but was told they could get it right in & see why it's having the issue it is. Well... it's now going on 4hrs hrs that I've been sitting here & still no closer to knowing whats going on. Terrible service department with very un friendly & un professional staff. I thought because I drive a 2021 tahoe high country with around 32,000 miles on it this would be the place to go, I was wrong! More
At first I had a good experience but now it is turning into a headace! I left with my new truck on September 13, 2024 without my second key. I was promised it was forth coming but still no key. I have had to do all the follow-up and now no one is answering the phone. I have tried to get in touch with the general manager and new car manager with no results. I have left voice messages with my information and am now writing this review. I live five hours away so driving to the dealership is not an option. More
