I have reached out to both of the people mentioned via email and phone messages for weeks. They do not return my calls nor has the general manager. I escalated this to GM with a lemon law certified letter and the part appeared and was shipped the day the letter was received. I suggest anyone experiencing service problems immediately escalate to GM corporate as the dealership does not have the resources to get parts. Having to spend the time, money and energy to get a vehicle repaired under warranty is not something that should be expected of the customer.
