Satisfied Customer Stopped in to look at a CPO Jetta. Was met by Irnes who pulled car out and went over everything with me. Took for a test drive and was sold. BUT ..... Stopped in to look at a CPO Jetta. Was met by Irnes who pulled car out and went over everything with me. Took for a test drive and was sold. BUT ........ my wife had to come look at it as it was to be her car. Came back later that day with the wife and was again met at the front door by Irnes who had pulled the car back out and had it waiting for us. He went with my wife for a drive and she was sold. Irnes and managers worked with us on negotiating a price we were all happy with. Went back to finance, paid for car and came out to get it and Irnes had it fueled up and a quick detail on the car. Satisfied with the process and Irnes is great to work with. More

Didn’t end up closing a deal with him because I was on the fence about making a purchase at the time I was dealing with him.
