Not what they used to be I have to say that this dealership is completely different than it was three years ago when we bought a Tiguan there - and not in a good way. I ca I have to say that this dealership is completely different than it was three years ago when we bought a Tiguan there - and not in a good way. I called Shelby the morning of the 31st to make an appointment and ask a few questions. She assured me that they could do better than the internet pricing due to the fact that we were returning customers, traveling two hours to get there, and wanted to purchase two vehicles. She mentioned that the owner really wants to take care of returning customers. We arrived at our scheduled time only to be informed that Shelby was with another customer and that Victor would be helping us instead. I would like to point out that Victor was courteous and professional the entire time. We test drove a couple vehicles, then sat down to discuss numbers - starting with the Jetta that my wife liked. The first price he came back with was actually higher than the internet pricing. When we pointed that out, he/they adjusted it to the price on their website, and were told that this was the lowest they could go. Additionally, the amount they were offering for her trade-in Jetta was completely low ball and, quite honestly, insulting. Plus the almost $1200 in additional fees was a joke. The only thing the guys in the back room would do is stretch out the number of payments. We asked several times what the interest rate was on the payments, and we were never given an answer! Needless to say, we didn't even bother wasting our time with the Tiguan I was interested in. Bottom line is that we were lied to as a way to get us to come in and then treated like we would be at any other slimy car dealership. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of seven hours of our time. In fact, between the gas for two cars and dinner on the way back, it cost me a hundred bucks to be insulted and treated like some ignorant fool that just happened to wander in. It's a shame to have witnessed the level that this dealership has sunk to, considering how stellar it was last time. FYI, my wife is now looking at Camry's and I am working with a couple different dealers on a Cherokee. VW just lost two longtime customers because of this dealership. More

I also enjoyed chatting with Mohammad Al-Tamimi in finance and found him to be much more personable and upfront than most finance guys I've met in the past. Even the managing partner Robert Fioretti came to personally apologize for an honest mistake that was made, and I respect him taking the time to do that. I had a few unforeseen issues come up during the course of my purchase that eventually led to me backing out, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here in the future. If I do, Victor is my go to guy! More
