Oil Change I made an appointment online. The website made it super easy. I showed up to my scheduled service a few minutes early. My appointment was at 8:30 am. I made an appointment online. The website made it super easy. I showed up to my scheduled service a few minutes early. My appointment was at 8:30 am. He told me it would be done around 10:45. I was like no my appointment is at 8:30. He then tells me it is first come first serve for oil change. So why is there an option to make an appointment? Why did I schedule my whole day around this appointment just to have it screw up my whole day. The guy at the front was nice, but remove the option to schedule appointments for oil changes if you aren’t going to honor the appointments. More
