Robert Walker is useless I bought my VW from Stn Mtn VW and was in for my annual service. I have less than 6000 miles on this car and I was told that both rear wheels were out I bought my VW from Stn Mtn VW and was in for my annual service. I have less than 6000 miles on this car and I was told that both rear wheels were out of alignment. I said that was impossible. There isn't a scratch or dent on this car and I avoid all potholes. Next I was told the cost would be $600 so I asked for the svc mgr. I had to go to him, he apparently doesn't come out to speak to the customer. I explained all of this to Mr. Walker who was so unconcerned he didn't so much as move from his chair. His response was "what do you want"? A good manager would get up and have a look at the car. If for no other reason, just to see if perhaps there was damage, etc. After the wheels were rotated and air was put into the tires the mysterious alignment issue was gone. Did Mr. Walker say anything after the fact? xxxx no. You just lost a customer and I will copy and post this on every VW chat room in the US and Europe. More
