Appointment time wasn’t fulfilled I made an appointment for 11:00am and I got there at 10:55am they didn’t sign me in until 11:55am. I asked for the 90,000 mile service. It was compl I made an appointment for 11:00am and I got there at 10:55am they didn’t sign me in until 11:55am. I asked for the 90,000 mile service. It was completed at 1:30pm. I decided to get the spark plug changed. I called and Chris wasn’t around, therefore I spoke with Sam and informed him that I would like to get the spark plugs done. Sam confirmed. The conversation with Sam was 1:48pm. While waiting I visited the sales floor and Victor took me out on a test drive. Chris called at 2:22pm and I didn’t answer because I was driving. At 3:00, I went to service to pay and I was told that the spark plugs weren’t completed, but it will be completed by the close of business at 6:00pm. That was ridiculous. I’d been there since 10:55 and then Sam tells me that it will be another 3 hours. I also had a coupon for a loaner and I was told that they were all out and I should’ve called 2 weeks to reserve a loaner. The coupon doesn’t show a time frame to get a loaner. Sam asked if I would like to reschedule and I politely said no, and I won’t be returning to Stone Mountain VW for any services or purchasing of a new car. More

My husband was hesitant at first, but he came back with such a great deal that Tony went above and beyond to help me get my dream of having a beetle.
