My scheduled appointment didn’t mean anything. I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM to have my car checked, and dropped it off a bit early. I called at 2, because I hadn’t heard anything, and I was told that they would work on it soon and give me a call. I mentioned that I needed the car back that night. 5:30, still no call. I got there about 5:50, and they had not worked on it. I asked for my car back, and the service guy said “sure, we’ll pull it to the front for you”. No apologies, no explanations, nothing. Okay. I’m looking for a new service place now. More

Booked an hour oil change, took 2.5 hours I booked an oil change online which said it would take an hour or less, ending up taking 2.5 hours. They also didn't resent my maintenance notification, which is not a big deal because, Google, but little details like that matter. If I were to get more extensive service, what would be missed? On a lighter note, they were friendly, and there was Starbucks coffee and water available. I probably won't be coming back to this service department as there are about 4 of equal distance from me.
