Worth driving a little farther There are 2 other VW dealerships closer to us, but the closest couldn't guarantee our bug could be serviced even if we drove the 30 minutes to get the There are 2 other VW dealerships closer to us, but the closest couldn't guarantee our bug could be serviced even if we drove the 30 minutes to get there and waited, and the service dept at the other wouldn't even answer the phone when transferred. The fine folks at the Stone Mountain location were courteous, informative and professional from the initial phone call to the send off after the service. It was a very busy day for them as well (they apologized to every customer as they came into the waiting area to discuss the details of their service), but it was well worth the drive and the wait. Highly recommended. More

Oil Leak Came in for an ignition switch and find cause of oil leak. Switch repaired but leak is still there after approx 1500.00 repair ( minus switch) and two Came in for an ignition switch and find cause of oil leak. Switch repaired but leak is still there after approx 1500.00 repair ( minus switch) and two return visions to service. I am told that I need new oil pan. Really. After doing over $2000,00 worth of business with you and you did not see the oil leaking from the oil pan gasket. But i was told that the oil was leaking from up top and you stopped it. Yet I brought it back and you replaced an improper seated gasket, up top, because the leak was still there. On the third return, now it is a $700.00 oil pan replacement. You tell me why should I believe you. I am under the impression that I have been had. Smile in your face and ....,,,, More
