Stone Mountain provided excellent service. They didn’t pressure me to buy something I didn’t want. I came from out of state to this dealer and everything was taken care of when I arrived so they got me in pressure me to buy something I didn’t want. I came from out of state to this dealer and everything was taken care of when I arrived so they got me in and out in under 2 hours with a test drive and full overview of vehicle features. If I could use 0 stars I would I WILL NEVER refer you all to anyone I bought a car in Nov and In February the battery went dead and began to leak and then when I can to speak with you all you all said that I to anyone I bought a car in Nov and In February the battery went dead and began to leak and then when I can to speak with you all you all said that I would have to pay to get a diagnosis and for the battery no one looked anything up no one called to confirm anything or nothing then later on after I waited there for 3 hours and they changed the battery he told me that he found out I did have a warranty and I won’t have to pay and he would like to give me a curtesy wash which was fine until it took another out for the wash so I just told him during me my car because it was now 1:30 and I got there at 9:00 NEVER AGAIN !!! I will stay as far away from y’all as I can !!!! More
