I was in the market to trade and upgrade to a newer model Volkswagen, but things didn’t go as planned but when the time is right I will be back at Stone Mountain Volkswagen to work with no one other then Jean Fenelon, he is the most patient and friendliest and knowledgeable person I know when it comes to makes and models of cars and I definitely need those qualities when I am making a car purchase. Excellent Sales Person and Experience I was in the market for a vehicle and wanted a new Beetle. After a callback from Jean Fenelon, my husband and I agreed to meet him inspite of some co I was in the market for a vehicle and wanted a new Beetle. After a callback from Jean Fenelon, my husband and I agreed to meet him inspite of some concerns. My first impression of Jean was wow this guy is super nice and yes, he lived up to that. He was very detailed during the whole process and stayed professional through it all. His biggest challenge had to be my husband lol. My husband decided not to eat until after we went by the dealership so he became very irritated and somewhat doubtful but Jean assured us that the deal was being worked and even gave my husband his lunch. What a guy? Right! During the wait, Jean provided more details about the vehicle and kept us informed through the whole process. I have never experienced such a smooth car-buying experience. I came in doubt but left with the biggest smile on my face driving a new 2014 VW Beetle. Jean Fenelon is a great saleperson and Stone Mountain Volkswagen did just what he said they could do. Easy Purchase Experience I just purchased a used vehicle from David Schilpp at this dealership and it turned out to be one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I've had I just purchased a used vehicle from David Schilpp at this dealership and it turned out to be one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I've had - and I've had quite a few! I had thoroughly researched the car I was looking at - a 2007 Solara convertible - and knew what a fair price would be. I was surprised that the dealer's asking price was right at the 'fair market value' I found on web sites like Edmunds, KBB and Cars.com. THere was no inflated markup like I found at a few other dealers that I'd checked out. There weren't a lot of these cars available and I lucked out finding one at a dealership close to home. David was straightforward about every aspect of the deal. There was none of the old 'I'll have to ask the sales manager' stuff - we came to a fair deal for all within a few minutes. I had already arranged financing at a great rate through Capital One and they had no problem honoring that agreement. The entire process took only a couple of hours and part of the delay was because I had to leave for a bit. I haven't used their service department so can't comment on that, but I like this dealership and highly recommend it to anyone who's serious about buying a good car at a fair price. More

The Experience Exceeded my Expectations I purchased a 2013 VW Beetle Triple Black Turbo from Stone Mountain VW with Jean Fenleon serving as my sales person. I spoke with Jean over the telep I purchased a 2013 VW Beetle Triple Black Turbo from Stone Mountain VW with Jean Fenleon serving as my sales person. I spoke with Jean over the telephone at minimum 5 times prior, to his finding "the car of my dreams," and to my driving from Griffin GA to Snellville GA to see the automobile. Jean was attentive to my desires, and the proof that he listened is the result of the VW I purchased the very day I drove there - which I will too share was not of the experience one hears horror stories about as Jean guided me through the process without any pains to my psyche and I was out of there in less than 2 hours driving back to Griffin GA with the top down in my new "Vert." Since that time Jean has been instrumental along with Sam of Service and his Team in picking the car up for routine maintenance while providing me with a courtesy loaner car - the only challenge I guess I could "take a shot at" would be the loaner car was a Passat and not another Beetle, or Motor Trend Car of the Year Golf... In closing I recommend Jean Fenelon, and the Team of Stone Mountain VW to the WORLD - I can with confidence buying an automobile from them is both transparent and honest, plus more importantly respective of one's time, as mine is valuable.
