After purchasing my car on march 1, I had issues with my car where I wanted to exchange my car because I shouldn’t have to deal with car issues within few weeks I bought my car, but sales nor service depart car where I wanted to exchange my car because I shouldn’t have to deal with car issues within few weeks I bought my car, but sales nor service department couldn’t help me at all. I went to get my car serviced the first time to see if they fix the fuel system they replace two parts which was odd to me , cause the car was suppose to be “brand new”as they say, but I was stilling having the same issue. I came in today to see alternatives honestly it wasn’t benefiting me at all! Just because my car has warranty on it doesn’t mean the problem can be fixed and it still not fixed because there wasn’t any “error code”. Yes , my car is under warranty for services and cars has problems but within few weeks I shouldn’t have to go through car problems, and I feel like you guys didn’t try you guys best to work with me, and no empathy. This will be my last time buying my car here and please have your sales people know their products first before selling cars, I almost put regular gas rather than premium when I asked two people if i can put regular gas into my car, and come to find out that i had to put premium only. More

Addtional Issues I took my Passat in for a diagnostics to isolate an issue I was unable to figure out myself as I normally do. Simple diagnostics just more of a look and evaluate where everything should go back in place as it was when brought in. My niece calls me to tell me there's a strange noise coming from the car and she can barely accelerate. When she gets to my house I test the car out myself and can hear what sounds like a whistling noise when I press on the gas. I will definitely be back in the morning as I know this was not an issue and refuse to believe by happenstance this has come up now with my vehicle. I along with my cousin work on my cars but use VW to isolate issues I cannot figure out. If they believe adding on additional issues to freak me out into paying for it to be fixed is the best approach they have the wrong guy. And they will figure out or more say Edwin Martinez will retrace his steps with my car to see what he missed when going over my engine to create this new sound. More

Used Cars are Not Properly inspected I purchased a low mileage "Like new" 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Stone Mountain Volkswagen on 1-Mar 2020. On 2-Mar 2020 (about 10 hours later) I had a ch I purchased a low mileage "Like new" 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Stone Mountain Volkswagen on 1-Mar 2020. On 2-Mar 2020 (about 10 hours later) I had a check engine light. Assuming it was something minor, I checked the vehicle into my local Jeep dealership service center to be evaluated. They informed me later that day that they were thankful I brought the car in because there was a warped cylinder head. I immediately began attempts to speak to a member of the management staff at Stone Mountain in an effort to return the vehicle by leaving messages and contacting my salesman and finance representative. I finally received a call back on 5-Mar 2020 from a member of the management staff who stated essentially the deal has been processed and this is no longer their issue. I reported the issue to the salesman approximately 10 hours after the deal closed. I am not implying that they knew of the defect, but I am implying that they are not working in the best interest of their community. More
