I Always Return! I have been taking my VWs to Stone Mountain VW for 9 years. They are always helpful and very honest when it comes to service. I recently traded in my older Beetle for a newer one and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Franco. He was very personable and helpful in my selection of a car. I would recommend this dealership and Phillip to anyone wanting to buy a car or to get their current VW serviced. Crystal and Sam in the service department are very extremely friendly and great to deal with as well. More

Misleading price and rude sales! So I went in and was given a price, but when I went back in with the family the number got jacked way up. Also sales tried to make me feel bad for tra So I went in and was given a price, but when I went back in with the family the number got jacked way up. Also sales tried to make me feel bad for trading in a leased vw and that no one could beat their price. I explained to them I went to vw of Athens around this time, same situation with a trade, same amount of neg equity, and got 6k off a vw to actually stay at my required monthly payment. I was told to go try Athens or buy a car somewhere else because they just couldn't drop the price anymore. This was also told to me while telling me to meet their number requirement and pay what they wanted me to. Well here's the deal if stone mountain is going to bully customers and lie to them they can have no business of mine. Also social media is huge, so I know vw vortex and other sites will like to know stone mountain will not meet customers needs and to go to any of the other several vw dealers in the area. Well I am going to do just that. Go get a car somewhere else this week. Let stone mountain sit on their large amounts of cars and not deal with an aggressive sales group. More

Keep in mind that Athens has its own Volkswagen dealership. The experience was great and fast. As soon as I arrived, Mr Mohammad Treated me with respect. He only wanted the best for me. He even walked the extra mile just to get me the best deal. Thanks to Mr Mohammad, I did not payed anything for the down payment. Good Customer Service But Sell to keep the Customer for Life I was very impressed by Mohammad's ability to make me feel comfortable at the dealership. I was not too thrilled however, to know I was being overcha I was very impressed by Mohammad's ability to make me feel comfortable at the dealership. I was not too thrilled however, to know I was being overcharged for a 2015 Volkswagen Passat. The Service was good but you should always sell to keep your customer coming back. At this time I will be looking elsewhere for a new leased vehicle because of price. It seemed $610 per month for a new lease is extreme on a 2015 Volkswagen Passat. More
