Best Car Buying Experience I decided on 8/21/15 that I needed a new Passat. My 1999 Passat had served me well but it was time to upgrade. I went to Stone Mountain VW and salesman, Mohammad Tamimi met me at the door. The process after that was so fluid, efficient and pleasant. The 2014 Passat that I purchased exceeded my expectations and was an excellent value. Mohammad Tamimi is awesome! The Business Manager Rick Kiker is also outstanding. My only regret is that I can't rate him higher than 5 stars. More

In my 16 years of car buying, I've never come across another dealership with such great people working at it. From the moment we stepped on the lot, everyone we encountered did as much as they could to help us out. The salesman, Tamimi, was genuinely friendly and as accommodating as possible. He was very straightforward and honest, which greatly helped close the deal. Rick was a lot of fun to talk to while the papers were being drawn up. Even Rob, the owner, went out of his way to help me out with my trade-in and some special requests that I had. Bottom line, this is how car buying should be everywhere. No pressure, no smoke and mirrors, just a great experience all around. More

Purchased a new Golf GTI I showed up to the dealership looking to test drive a particular Golf GTI. Phillip was very courteous and quickly brought the vehicle up for inspecti I showed up to the dealership looking to test drive a particular Golf GTI. Phillip was very courteous and quickly brought the vehicle up for inspection. Phillip was very knowledgable of the features on the car. He walked thru the specs and capabilities of the car. In addition, Phillip went through the multiple accessories that came with the vehicle and the capabilities within the infotainment system including VW's Car Net features. Overall the entire selling experience was hassle free and the whole team worked hard to be sure I had the best possible customer experience including detailing the entire car while the paper work was completed. To start off I must say the service was incredible, The salesman which I was working with, Mohamed Tamimi, was there with me through the whole process he never once pressured me into doing something that I didn't feel like was right for my future and never once made me feel pressured into the sale. He definitely made it The most enjoyable stress-free car buying experience. Yes my nerves were on edge and I was nervous as heck but with Tamimi there helping me through it all I knew that everything was going to go fine. When I go to a dealership I want to work with someone Who is going to seek out my needs and make my dreams come true while still being affordable . That is exactly what happened and how it went. Tamimi created a learning experience for me where I could ask questions and understand what I was signing, never once did I feel like I was in the dark.
