Everyone should own a wagon) so I knew the features it had and what it could do and Mr. Tamimi was able to show me everything live and in person. I don't recall asking about any specific feature. He was able to hit all of the things I wanted to look at without me having to ask or without spending more time than necessary. Tamimi popped the hood, no matter that I was a female, and told me the safety features located there. Then he went on to cover the safety features of the car. I thought that was a great approach because had he not covered that, I may never have known those great details. He then addressed the more Obvious features that are great additions. He knew the car well, unlike a salesperson at a different dealership that I went to. He did NOT press me, but was a great advocate for me during the negotiations. I did not buy the car the first day I saw it, but he continued to contact me as a friend, advocating with the sales mgr based on my situations thru the process. He never made me feel hounded. The dealership was great, but Tamimi is the reason I bought the car. More

2002 Honda S2000 - Easy and pleasant purchase Came in knowing exactly the car that I wanted after talking to the online sales staff. Tamimi greeted me at the door and went and grabbed the car. I am a salesperson too and know that a sales opportunity starts before the front door so that gesture was really appreciated. The car wasn't ready yet but they still let me go out for a test ride. I loved the car and knew that I wanted it. There was a little rip in the convertible top that the dealership looked at and acknowledged. They were very helpful and agreed to get the rip fixed. I had jumped on the car so soon that it wasn't ready to go but they let me take it anyways and scheduled a time for me to come back to get the top fixed. I called back today and Tamimi and the dealership were already scheduling a time with someone to repair the top. I had a very good and easy experience and was in and out in under 2 hours. I was treated well and that I worked with a good salesperson. More
