Helping me get the car beyond my dreams I'll preface my review with the fact that I have been searching for "my next car" for almost 2 years. I'm quite particular in researching and underst I'll preface my review with the fact that I have been searching for "my next car" for almost 2 years. I'm quite particular in researching and understanding the details of what I'm wanting to purchase before I finally jump the gun. This eventually led me to wanting to see a Golf R in person. I decided on approaching Stone Mountain VW as my dealership of choice because I understood that if I wanted to go through with this car, that I would most likely have to order one and it wouldn't be just a one time interaction to purchase. Granted I didn't explore around at other dealerships, but I will say that I feel like I made my perfect decision with Tamimi being there for every step of the process. After multiple visits and finally waiting for the 2016 model, I placed the order for my own with my desired specs. As they ordered one, I was warned that it may take up to 3 months for manufacturing to delivery. Tamimi and Rob were always open with communication and updated me at every turn of the process. With everything said and done, Tamimi went the extra mile any chance that he could until I finally got the car home. He's stayed late at the dealership multiple times with me and even took his own time to update me. When the news finally came that my car would be coming, he was just as enthusiastically excited as I was. He truly is passionate about the happiness of his customers. I really appreciate everything him and the rest of the team at Stone Mountain VW did for me to ensure everything was perfect.
