Bluetooth connection, seat heating, leather seat options were extremely satisfying. Especially, after service was really satisfying. Service crews were kind, responsive, knowledgeable. Based on my first experience of this dealership, I leased my second car from Sung Hong, a new dealer but very experienced, attentive, and sensitive to the needs I presented. He allowed me to test drive "THREE" cars in our first meeting - Golf, Tiguan and Passat. I enjoyed not only the driving but also his detailed explanation on good and bads of each model. His recommended model of car was satisfying to me too. Now after the purchase, I can say for sure that this car truly deserves to be called as my "destiny" car. Joseph Park cheerfully greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. At that time, Deni was assisting another costumer. Joseph notified Deni that we were there to see him. Deni allowed Joseph to tend to our needs, because Deni was already with another costumer. At no time did we feel pressured. Joseph was very helpful. Even though it was a cold and rainy evening. However, the inclement weather did not detour Joseph from showing us a wide array of the type of vehicle of which we were searching. In the interim, Deni graciously came and greeted us and apologize for his unavailability at that time. Eventually, we located and selected a vehicle that pleased us. We agreed upon a very fair price and move to the finance office. Again, Deni came to us and shared his appreciation for our visit. The finance manager, Rick Kiker, was very personable and professional. The financial process was a shorter that usual experience.
