They have made a few oversights that are forgivable because they made it right without much discussion and their repair service has made a few overly alarming bells of suggested repairs on my 13 year old Jetta that I realized are simply their standard of everything operating to perfection. Well, its an old car and even some new ones come with some minor structural defects so its really about priorities, safety and maintenance for the long haul. So an owner must make those decisions and the dealership does a good job of stating the case to the owner. I highly recommend the representative Wayne Williams and the service repair front desk. Tamimi took great care and was exceedingly patient with not just my husband and I, but also our 20 mos old who continued to run back and forth from Tamimi's office to the waiting area where our other two children sometimes trailed behind.
