Alex and the sales / finance team did an awesome job! I’m not fond of the service department; however! I will not get either of my two VW Beetles (2017 Turbo and 2014 TDI) services here. She brings an array of experience and knowledge, and I appreciate her candid no-pressure style. Not only was Lori pleasant to work with, but the entire staff was also friendly and courteous. The finance officer, Jean, was very proficient in explaining everything about the contract and made the process seamless.
