I found the perfect car from a great dealership Normally I hate buying new cars. The sales people I deal with are not knowledgeable about their product at all and are typically very pushy in trying Normally I hate buying new cars. As a customer I want to work with someone who knows the product well and can answer all my questions. I also want someone who doesn't pressure me to buy. I like making my own decision when I'm ready. At Stone Mountain VW, I worked with Irnes Masic. I have purchased 6 cars over my life and Irnes was by far the best experience I've had. He knew the car well, was able to answer all my questions, and was not pushy at all to get the sale. I had three other VW dealers in Atlanta area call me to try to get my business. Because I had such a positive experience at Stone Mountain, I didn't bother going by any of them. On top of the great service, they also gave me a great price. Overall it was a great car buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at a VW. I don't think you'll find a dealer with better service or price out there. More

A Blessing is an understatement!! 1st Class Experience Where do I start? I originally went to a VW dealership on the south side of Atlanta. I was beyond frustrated with all the number games, back and forth Where do I start? I originally went to a VW dealership on the south side of Atlanta. I was beyond frustrated with all the number games, back and forth, unnecessary warranty additions and so forth. I gave up and came home. I looked online for another VW dealer and the first one was Stone Mountain Volkswagen. On 5/13/3017 I called and a nice, sweet voice answered( I don't know her name but she's the receptionist with blonde hair) she set the tone of my experience. A gentleman answered (sales Mgr) I gave him an hour long spill about the previous dealership and he listened patiently. He advised me to come in, so I headed down to see him. When I arrived I met Claude, my AMAZING sales consultant. I'm a woman so I usually feel intimidated with the car buying experience, but not this time. BEFORE my credit was ran he asked specific questions on what I wanted in my new vehicle. I'm VERY picky and spoiled and I'm definitely a hand full to deal with, But guess what he handled me with care and understanding. NO RUSH, NO PUSHY mumbo jumbo or irritating fast talk. He literally pulled several vehicles after I kept changing my mind. We test drove them all. He reassured me that my happiness is MOST important. He literally educated me on my Passat. He guided me through the entire car. He also suggested that since I wasn't familiar with driver assist(a safety feature that breaks for you if you're too close to another car to avoid a rear end collision) He would turn it off until he trained me how to be prepared for it. It was pouring raining the night I bought the car so I made an appointment with him for the training. He was so detailed that once the car was delivered, he had already programmed my radio stations based off what was programmed in my BMW... no that's what you call SERVICE!! Anyway, Once I found the car I wanted, it was time to apply for finance... UH OH!!! My credit is shot, I have a raggedy BMW 328i that I'm upside down on that I desperately needed to trade, with little money down. I knew I was doomed, so I thought. The finance team got together and was able to speak to the bank on my behalf. They really went the extra mile. Tada, I'm approved. In less than an hour I rode off with my BRAND NEW 2017 Passat. The paperwork process was FAST, no unnecessary upselling with useless warranties, No misunderstanding in the numbers, EVERYTHING was transparent. The gentleman who completed my paperwork was hilarious. He made sure that I understood what I was signing. I had questions that he patiently answered, unlike most dealers that try to rush you. Seriously he was awesome. I can't remember his name but he's from the Middle East and he was actually once a customer of the dealer. He became the highest ranking salesman and was promoted to finance. Maybe that's why he was so great, he knows what being a consumer is like. Soooo a few days later .... Well, I had a slight issue that honestly wasn't anyone's fault. I was so nervous that since the car was sold the dealer was done, NOPE.. I took my car to service and Sam took the worries away. I waited about a week due to the holiday. He had to take the necessary steps to fix the issue. I was forwarded to the sales Mgr Kurt M., he asked what the issue was and asked me to give him a few minutes. Well, he spoke to the OWNER of the dealer Rob Fiorerri, who was very down to earth. No running around in circles, no excuses, no games.. just a solution to "my" problem. He wanted me to be happy with my vehicle purchase. Let me say that my issue was comfort related not mechanical nor a safety issues. So in all honesty the dealership couldn't denied my issue. Because it was exactly that "MY" issue. However, collectively the whole team said "Mrs. Brown, although this warranty issue isn't something we normally handle, WE WILL handle it". That's exactly what they did. They fixed my problem right then. ( I researched my issue and honestly they could've pushed it off on another department, but they didn't) To top it off, VW Of America called me to remedy the issue however the dealer had already handled it so quickly. So the represenative apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a 300 visa gift card...Listen, I've NEVER experienced such caring, organized, team players like this when purchasing a car. This dealership sets the bar. They really operate like a well oiled machine. You can SEE and FEEL the difference here. I'm not sure what training the staff takes but WOW!! Seriously, even the ladies in the accessories dept were super sweet.. I'm a customer for life...I can't thank you enough, your customer Shatonya B. More
