They were incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory, products, and purchasing options. We visited the dealership twice and, unfortunately, each time we kept them there after closing, due to our work schedules, but they were such good sports and super nice. The evening of our physical purchase was a busy night and we were the last customers to leave. Deni and Irnes sat with us and we chatted about our travels. After everything was signed, sealed, and delivered they helped us transfer our items from our old car to our new car; the license plate and Peach Pass took some elbow grease. We finally left around 10:30 p.m. In all honesty, Irnes and Deni were the reasons that we came back to Stone Mountain VW, after our initial visit, to purchase our GTI. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They truly made our purchase enjoyable. More

The vehicle was clean and serviced. You can tell by the way the vehicle was presented to the public that Stone Mountain VW (and Claude) took great pride in putting the best cars in front of their costumers and at a fair price. Once we decided on a price, Claude and management had all my paperwork ready on the day I picked up the car. They had all the paperwork straight and organized with no surprises! I came from out of town and was in and out with my vehicle in an hour, truly amazing! Turned in lease/purchase of new car--in just hours I went into Stone Mountain Volkswagen to turn in my lease early. I was helped out right away on a busy Saturday. I didn't expect to buy another car right away, but just to get the process going. I ended up walking away with another vehicle. I was very impressed with the amount of time the entire process took. I'm very impatient and dont like to spend all day at the dealership. But they had me in and out in no time at all. My salesperson, Claude, was excellent and was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. Since we are a military family, my new vehicle needed to be filed out of state. They were very knowledgeable about the process and it was no problem at all. I am very happy with my experience and with my new vehicle. I will definitely do more business with this dealership in the future. More
