The vehicle was as described and the sales man could not have been any nicer or knowledgeable. Our transaction did take a while because they still have to go through a finance department to negotiate a sale. However, our experience was good and we left with an excellent vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership Irnes Masic, my sales representative, already had everything ready for me. The experience was tailored to what I had previously communicated via email and Mr. Masic was not pushy in trying to sell me the car. He informed me of features and offered his honest opinion on things that might not be necessary. Overall I had an amazing experience from when I walked in the door.
