I'm driving Volkswagen for 6 years, lease after lease. Looking to buy a new one this time. A nice Jetta GLI. We meet the first time and after 3 hours we can't find a middle ground, fine, I understand, they are probably doing good and dont want to find a compromise. Today, 2 weeks later, they called me back saying they can now meet my requests....2.5 hours and I'm back home with my old car cause they basically said I am confused and don't remember what we discussed 2 weeks before....fyi I'm 40yo and doing well, no memory loss issues. I wamt to precise that b4 my second visit I had a 40 text messages conversation with the sales agent to make sure we were all on the same page and that i had no time to waste. This has been so unprofessional and disappointing. For you readers, you now know that when you step in this dealership, don't trust them and don't believe what they say. Get your point across and be ready to walk away cause if you don't, they probably took advantage of you. More
