I bought a car that I thought would leer my monthly payment and came away with 3 00 less a month and went from payoff in 2 years to 72 more months of 5 percent apprise to the 2 percent I had and never payment and came away with 3 00 less a month and went from payoff in 2 years to 72 more months of 5 percent apprise to the 2 percent I had and never missed a payment except for 2 that was a hardship when we had to move from a rental because the owner wanted to sell and when my husband was in the hospital. I love the car but now am upside down because my car which had only 38,000 miles lost its value. More

The service was great when I bought my car, but when I went back to get floor mats put in they took 2 hours to put them in. On top of that they ripped my seat cover I had on the back seat because they wer went back to get floor mats put in they took 2 hours to put them in. On top of that they ripped my seat cover I had on the back seat because they were in a hurry. During the 2 hours I went outside and walked around back to see what was taking so long and my car was sitting there parked nobody was near it. When I went back inside they realized I was still there and went and got my car. I didn't realize they ripped the cover until I got home. Other then that VW is a great place to buy a car and I was in and out in about 2 hours when buying my atlas. More
