I called the sales department to inquire on a pre-own vehicle, later to find out that most of the cars that were listed on the site were in other cities outside the state. Someone named Reginald or Randy (I honestly don't remember, I know it started with an R) told me that maybe the site was too challenging for me. (Really??) How do you say that to a potential customer? I told him they should work on the overall experience of the site and hung up. More
Non-existent Customer Service Non-existent customer service is their biggest problem and it shows having little to no stars in every review app, social media, and website possible. Non-existent customer service is their biggest problem and it shows having little to no stars in every review app, social media, and website possible. I purchased a car online, bought certified, and had very limited time to get the purchase done. They made me wait 4 days before I got figures only to rush me while I’m working on a Friday evening an hour before my bank closed so I had to rush in a stressful manner because the weekend was my only chance to purchase. I drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and the vehicle wasn’t ready yet, more scratches than in the pictures, and the paperwork wasn’t ready yet like I asked so it took over 2 hours to get done. I bought the car certified and the car only had one key and they refused to pay for another at time of purchase (although its certified). I only got a few hundred off the car and didn’t beat them up on negotiations. I told them I’m walking and they said they would get another key and put it on paper. I’ve yet to hear from the salesperson on that, local dealer can’t get a hold of anyone to get the key, I’ve spent $100 getting a vibration fixed on the car in just 4 days, no one said, emailed, texted or called to say thank you or cared that I was there and didn’t even fill the tank after that experience to send me 2 1/2 hours back home and pay for my own gas. This isn’t how business. I do not recommend this to anyone. More

Too Many Add-Ons for a Great Deal I went to Stone Mountain to look for a Toyota Prius. But when it came down to negotiating Stone Mountain Toyota had a $1500 "Dealer-Added Equipment a I went to Stone Mountain to look for a Toyota Prius. But when it came down to negotiating Stone Mountain Toyota had a $1500 "Dealer-Added Equipment and Services" plus an $899 "Doc " fee. Instead of clean negotiation, you had to deal with items such as "windshield treatment" and "auto deductible reimbursement." And why does the dealership need to collect $900 to process the paperwork? I visited another dealership and pad $1600 less for the same vehicle without an added dealer sticker. More

HE admitted it - my opinion & I'm concerned that buying a used car was a horrible ordeal for us, guess my payback was when we got home the front bumper had been pulled loose & the clips broken & front windshield was sprayed with clear coat or something that was only seen when it rained and it was impossible to drive in the rain along with NO second key or no floor mats that were promised on a 2016 model - Stone Mountain email are claiming 30% OFF SAVINGS ON ALL NEW TOYOTA'S ONLY AT STONE MOUNTAIN TOYOTA - I've requested multiple times to be removed from their email ads but no one at Stone Mountain Toyota follow any requests- arrogant used car manager More
DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING They should be FINED $$$ After days of searching for the right car we thought we found it at Stone Mountain Toyota. Vehicle was Posted on Auto Trader and their own website for After days of searching for the right car we thought we found it at Stone Mountain Toyota. Vehicle was Posted on Auto Trader and their own website for a great price. For identification reasons lets keep it generic and say $10k. Two hours after setting up a time to test drive the vehicle both websites prices increased by $2k to $12k..!! Not a single phone call from the dealership concerning this significant increase. After discovering this We called back and was told it was due to human error that they couldn't sell that vehicle for that price. Really, Really. We Found an exact match to the vehicle at a dealership ten miles down the road for the same lower list price of $10k. GM Steven Crane your team should be ashamed. There's a difference from doing business and playing business. One gets you repeat customers, the other gets you bad reviews calling out poor customer service. More

My son wanted a “Sports” car so I went a looked at a $14,899 car. 4 months ago I paid $11,500 for a VW Jetta, they offered me $5,000 for my car!!! There is nothing wrong with this car, no changes from the day we bought it. After adding all of their “fees” the total of their came to almost $18,000! So when all was said and done they wanted me to write a check for $13,000. Ok notice the original price of the car and my trade in... Really?? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! More
spot delivery, yo-yo, auto fraud Spot Delivery Scam, anyone? Oh yes - this Stone Mountain Toyota dealership are full of criminals. I am calling a lawyer tomorrow for my single femal Spot Delivery Scam, anyone? Oh yes - this Stone Mountain Toyota dealership are full of criminals. I am calling a lawyer tomorrow for my single female friend that was scammed. A friend of mine went to buy a car. She put some cash down and negotiated a deal and left with just a buyer's order. Apparently, the finance guy "didn't finish the paperwork and quit." 6 weeks later, when she tried to get her plates, the DMV had no record. She called the dealership and they are telling her the finance guy messed up and she has to rework the deal and it will be significantly more per month. She works 2 jobs and she is depressed and confused. A couple of days into this - they threatened to send the police after her if she doesn't bring back the car. I have screenshots of text messages between her and someone from the dealership. The guy told her that she has a "xxxxxxxx spelling of her last name and it cost him 100 dollars" because he got her email address wrong when trying to contact her. I will be contacting consumer affairs, AJC, WSBTV, a lawyer who specializes in this particular auto fraud and I will be leaving negative reviews on every review site I can find. You will be sorry, Stone Mountain Toyota. More
