Kevin who is over the repair writers is absolutely the BEST. He was so polite, considerate, and knowledgeable. I just knew I was going to feel like an idiot and taken advantage of but it was just the op BEST. He was so polite, considerate, and knowledgeable. I just knew I was going to feel like an idiot and taken advantage of but it was just the opposite. Kevin spoke in plain English and kept me updated on the entire process.
