Can I get some real understanding Today I dropped off my car and I thought I clearly expressed what I want. After talking to service advisor AND service advisor REPEATING what I asked, Today I dropped off my car and I thought I clearly expressed what I want. After talking to service advisor AND service advisor REPEATING what I asked, I don’t understand what was done to my car OR what I paid for besides an oil change. I waited two hours and 40 minutes for an oil change and for a tech to say they need more time to diagnose. After going back and forth with the service advisor about what was going on with my car, she really didn’t explain to me what was needed in a way I could understand. This is fustrating! This is the type of place that you only get oil changes at. I can’t see coming back here for service. More
