Service experience was excellent I would have given a 5 based on my repair experience today. However, the initial call to set up the appointment was frustrating at best. It took 3 cal I would have given a 5 based on my repair experience today. However, the initial call to set up the appointment was frustrating at best. It took 3 calls with waiting times of 10-15 minutes each to get to the service department for scheduling. Once I got to them, I was curtly told that a recall service would have to be at 7AM in the morning only, even with another service. I said thanks I would find another place. When I called back a few days later to schedule a 25,000 mile check, it was explained to me that they could do the recall at the same time as the service. Well, why wasn’t that explained the first time? So, when I checked in for both service and recall today, they were very courteous and helpful, kept me abreast of the time frame as it was happening, and had me out quicker than predicted. I have been to this dealership before and have had some less than stellar experiences. Today was s HUGE improvement. I hope this is a permanent change and that they they keep this up. Thanks!!! More

Tremendous experience with service representative I have bene coming to this dealership for about 15 years. Today I had an exceptional experience with a a member of their service team, Harry McCalla. I have bene coming to this dealership for about 15 years. Today I had an exceptional experience with a a member of their service team, Harry McCalla. I brought in a 2004 Prius for a a repair and Harry gave me an estimated cost for the labor charge. After the work was done the labor charge submitted by the technician was higher than the estimate Harry had provided. I contacted Harry and he honored the initial price. While this may not seem like a big deal, it is to me. Having trust in a service person, and by extension, the dealership is extremely important to me. Harry could easily have charged me the amount submitted but he was able to meet the pre-determined amount. I will bring my vehicles back here and recommend them to others. The small amount of $ that they may have lost today will be more than repaid by the loyalty this has instilled. Long review for a simple concept - trust. More
