Horrible service I had an appointment on Saturday for 9 am. When I made my appointment I was told it takes 1 hour. I pulled up at 855 and had to wait for a specific gu I had an appointment on Saturday for 9 am. When I made my appointment I was told it takes 1 hour. I pulled up at 855 and had to wait for a specific guy. When he never came another lady finally took my info. They were aware I was waiting. At 1030 I got up to look for my car because it was taking forever. Not only had my car not even been pulled in but then I was told " oh yea it generally takes two hours on a Saturday you should have come earlier." I had an 11 o'clock appt I had to make so I had to take my car back. When the lady went to get my car at 1040 the tech had just pulled my car in the back. Literally one hour and 40 min after I got that. This is ridiculous. Then nobody even called to apologize and I got a text requesting for me to leave a survey on this site and I could respond to the text with any questions. I replied back with my whole store and nobody responded three days later. So here I am leaving my review because they requested it. Make sure you book your service at stone mountain Toyota if you would like to have your time wasted. More

Friendly Third time here for service. Advisors are very friendly and attentive. They keep you updated on your cars ETA. As is typical of dealerships they try t Third time here for service. As is typical of dealerships they try to upsale you on services that aren’t necessarily needed at the time which can make your bill higher than expected if you decide to get these recommended services done. They aren’t pushy though and are very understanding with whatever choice you make. More

Bad Business My elderly parents bought a new car from them and within 24 hours they realized that the low seats were too painful to endure. The dealership basically said tough luck, that maybe they could work out a trade but it probably won't be an even one. I know that the law is that you own the car after you drive off with it, but I also know that they could have been more understanding and allow my 80+ year old dad out of this bad situation so soon after they took his money. But no, they'd rather play hardball and get even more money out of him in order for him to have a car that won't kill his joints. Avoid if you can. More
