PLEASE STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! Majority of the cars they list online are at LAKELAND TOYOTA in Florida and once they have you in there they begin the bait and switch method. Unfortunately when I went to find a car I was in an extremely dire situation where I didn’t have a car at all. The BOGUS FEES ARE RIDICULOUS they advertised a car online for $12,731 when I had a minute to really look through my paperwork Emon marked the car up another $1000. In addition to changing the car price they added over $4000 in bogus fees??? By the time I left a $12,731 was $17,000. The finance manager added a $1200 tire warranty that I did not want, he said it was included with my car but said nothing about an additional fee. I asked the finance manager to remove them prior to leaving the dealership he ensured me that he would. Two months later I had to cancel the warranty myself. 48 hours after I purchased the car I asked the customer service rep on the phone if I was still covered under the 72 hour exchange policy.she LAUGHED at me over the phone and said they did not have one of those although it’s in bold RED letters on the site. She then reached out to Emon and he said “I ain’t never tell her we had no exchange policy” I called back and spoke to the GM and he ensured me they did have that policy. Please do not be lured in by the cheap pricing online they are thieves and love to bait and switch. They did not care at all that I was unhappy with all of the scamming they did with my auto loan! NEVER EVER AGAIN! A car buying experience should not feel scammy and this one did and I wish I never came in. More

Stone Mountain Toyato service department and the general manager is so unprofessional , my car was brought in for service the 10th of April and on Monday April 12 my car is saying I need windshield fluid, I manager is so unprofessional , my car was brought in for service the 10th of April and on Monday April 12 my car is saying I need windshield fluid, I went back in on Tuesday and spoke to the GM I had my paper work I paid $281,90 in total and all he was telling me is that he wasn't there on Saturday like that was the issue, no apology for nis staff in service that needs training, guys please refrain from going to toyato and and go to honda I see a trade in soonest. After patiently waiting and contacting your company on three separate occasions prior to this writing, I am shocked to see that Stone Mountain Toyota still refuses to provide the information needed to release me from my initial financing agreement with Capital One. NOTE: My last contact was today, during which I was rudely advised that "someone will call you after we get through inking deals". Stone Mountain Toyota refuses to accurately present my account status in order to allow me to make the agreed upon payment vs. simply maintaining grossly outdated/erroneous information that only serves to unfairly profit off of invalid payment amounts even though the Capital One Office of the President has personally requested resolution. I purchased a used car. A 2019 model with 13000 miles. The car was advertised for $19955. We worked out a deal based on this price at least a thought. To me it's a scam which was never disclosed. They also changed $1000 dealer prep. This is pure profit for them. It's a perfect case of bait and shift. Please beware of their poor business practices. I would not go to this dealership. They are dishonest. I set up an appointment for my son to bring in his car to get cleaned and run a diagnostic test. Cato was the person I set up the appointment with. Even the cashier was rude. She would not credit the account for a mistake she made on the bill and said he would have to come back in which he is not. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. More
